Soft Armor is a study in contradictions—strength and vulnerability, silence and assertion. Broad gestures in muted pinks and pale creams clash and merge with the depth of shadowy purples and black, forming a surface that feels both tender and impenetrable. The layered brushwork creates a visual tension, as if the painting is shielding something delicate beneath its bold marks.
This work explores the emotional armor we craft around ourselves—layers built from softness, pain, resilience, and unspoken complexity. The absence of a focal point draws the eye across shifting textures, like feelings that resist categorization. Every stroke feels instinctive, like a negotiation between concealment and revelation.
Here, softness isn’t weakness—it’s a strategy.
And strength doesn’t roar—it pulses quietly under the skin.
